Well that was FUN. We had ten residents compete in the 1st Gingerbread House decorating challenge The winner of the Gingerbread wreath was Linda #8. It was challenging, but fun for all. All the houses are on the front two small tables in the clubhouse. Perhaps you will join us next year.

Welcome Back Gathering
November 21, 2024
Welcome back gathering was a good time for those who attended. A big thank you goes out to the Bushes Joan and Mike for hosting.
We enjoyed the snacks that were shared and a game of Pictionary was played. Attendees were divided in two teams.

Casa Halloween Cookout Costume Party-Dance 2024
On October 26th Casa hosted a Halloween Cookout Costume Party Dance. The Event started at 5:00 PM with chef Bob and his crew suppling hotdogs and hamburgers. At 7:00 PM the music started with Rockin Ron. A good time was had by all. Thanks to Chuck and his crew for organizing the event.

2024 Pool Party

New to Casa. Tuesday night pool party meet and greet. On Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM homeowners meet at the pool to enjoy snacks, dinks, pleasant conversation and some swimming.
2024 luau​​
On August 31st, under the direction of Lee Ann, Casa hosted a luau pool party. Good food good conversation, a chance to meet new owners. Thanks to all who helped.
2024 July 4th Cookout
On Thursday July 4th Casa held a Cookout.

2024 Chili Cookoff

On Sunday January 28 Casa hosted its first annual Chili Cookoff. Lots of fun, lots of food. Thanks to committee Who set this up and hosted

2023 New Years Eve Dance
On December 31 th Casa homeowners had their annual New Years Dance.
Lots of food, pleasant conversation, dancing to the stylings of Kirt Lewis, door prizes and a double 50/50 drawing. Thanks to Chuck, Dody and their committee for making it a great success.
